Re: Kids today will never know. Re: '70s/'80s TV Movies

The chart music today sucks, and CGI is stupid, but there's some good movies that come out in this era. Most of what I love though is from the 80's. Screw the age of it all. That doesn't bother me.

Re: Creed 2

Isn't this the last one, though? I agree; Clubber Lang knows who deserves a statue, and who doesn't!

Creed 2

Uh...I think that makes a total of 8 films about Rocky Balboa. Hell, yes. Old-school is cool.

But, Rambo? Well... I don't know. At least with Adonis Creed, he is just his mentor.

Re: Horror Movie Discussion

I'm sad that Phantasm: Ravager was a train crash. With Angus Scrimm gone to the place in the sky, cheers for ruining what was a beloved series. It was a very entertaining saga otherwise, and also kind of funny in parts. I liked that zombie car gang in part III, and Rocky was amazing, and the effects...

Re: Walking Dead

Glad that Maggie is staying, and going to be somewhat antagonistic because of Rick saving Negan.

Re: Fear of the Walking Dead

I was really enjoying the older episodes of this show in preparation for season 4 beginning, but there's weeks where I just cannot get into it at all. There's too much flashback type episodes, and I really cannot follow what is going on. I've also been getting the impression that the creative team b...

I don't get why gamers miss "tank controls" in horror games...

In The Evil Within , Resident Evil 5 and The Last of Us , at least you can run and shoot, plus use non firearms to defend yourself with and purchase or craft additional items. Do you really think any of this would be possible with the 1996 type control system? Those people who whine that they're 'no...

Re: Best Film In a Horror Series

Watched Tremors earlier on. The first one is still the best. That sucks about the new TV show getting axed, because Kevin Bacon and Fred Ward as Val and Earl could have had a hell of a time on this show, facing the other things the Graboids evolve into that were in the many sequels that only Earl an...

Re: IT

I own every U.S. #1 horror movie on DVD, as recognized by the statistics on Box Office Mojo, and I've not seen the new It yet. I've also got the mini-series from 1990 which I think is far better. I remember seeing the episodes years ago. I recall the scene where there's bullies in a cinema and the k...

Re: Evil Bong 777

You know? Full Moon Entertainment rocked in the 90's. They really did release a lot of cool, low budget stuff. Now? I don't know. That last 'Demonic Toys' was pretty awful. I'm also disappointed that the 'Trancers' series was never continued, besides 6 back in 2002.

Re: Saw

When I seen the first film, I had not seen anything like it before. I'm still a fan, despite the fact I think it wasn't necessary to bring it back last year.

Re: The only way to listen to AC/DC...

I like AC/DC. Although a lot of their songs are rather similar. I also like the Easybeats, which featured Malcolm and Angus Young's older brother, George.
