This is neat (Kolchak related).

Books, comics etc. anything that's on a page and not moving.

This is neat (Kolchak related).

Post by Alien Redrum »

I was laying in bed last night just thinking random thoughts, and one came across my mind that made me sit up and write it down so I wouldn't forget about it.

I was thinking wouldn't it be neat to have an anthology based around Kolchak cases. Well, I went to Amazon today and found that there's not only one, but THREE anthologies!

I bought that first one using credits today. I can't wait to get into it. Kolchak is something you could make some great short stories with.

I'm thinking I might make one to keep in the trunk of the car though. Might be nice to have hot water if I ever have to watch a Matthews compound for 3-4 days hoping to get the drop on Sergio Frenchi. - Neon Bolan

To add, this is why I LOVE having a Kindle. All three of these are out of print physically and are going for ricockulous prices.

Yeah, I've never read any of them but I knew there were some out there of various vintages. There have also been some comics based on Kolchak.

And you know what you son of a bitch? I just ordered the first one too. I think pretty soon we're all going to be hobos once everything crashes, and what you need to survive in those hobo jungles Harold Lauder was so scared of, is stories to tell around the fire. And this has 26 of them, so I'll be set for a while.

We should do some of these together as book club. I know Shiki won't buy these but it would be cool if he did.

Shiki will buy it but not read it. And it will be his idea to read it.

I kind of love how the company that got the rights to this are actually doing something consistently. They have a new book coming out next month.

I'm okay with things ending. I'll read the first book, but I'm really not planning on paying to read other people's fan fiction.

We should 100% do this as a book club.
