Antenna TV is doing a Facts of Life marathon today, AR. You should get in on this. Mrs. Garrett just told the girls she wasn't trying to marry the man she's been seeing for 15 years, he's only there to have a good time with when he comes to town.

I'm thinking I might make one to keep in the trunk of the car though. Might be nice to have hot water if I ever have to watch a Matthews compound for 3-4 days hoping to get the drop on Sergio Frenchi. - Neon Bolan

I saw that video enough back in the 70's, thank you. That was the unofficial song of the 1976 Bicentennial, I'm guessing because it references skyrockets at night. But it was everywhere. I realize you are a couple of years younger than me, so I'm assuming that's why you don't remember it being everywhere.

I'm glad mine didn't. That probably saved me the years of abuse you received from people in the neighborhood.

I made my mother drive me the 5 hours down just so I could punch lil Stewie in the belly and steal his lunch money.

On today's episode, Natalie dates some interesting people.

The timeline is now the post-Clooney, but the weird Astin is still around and Mrs. Garret is dead and Cloris Leachman is there taking her place. So they're early 20's and all still living together because it's a TV show.

First some guy just proposed to Tootie and she said yes and the show ended, so it must have been a special episode. But that's not why I'm here.

We also got to meet Natalie's mysterious boyfriend, Snake.

Turns out Snake is played by Robert Romanus, who you probably know better as Mike Damone from Fast Times @ Ridgemont High. Yes, that fucker who knocked up Jennifer Jason Leigh is now sniffing around Natalie. But you know what? He's got a best friend with him. You know who is BFF is? Donald Gibb. You'll know Donald better from his role in Revenge of the Nerds as the jock, Ogre. He's the big asshole who seems to be enraged and yells "NERDS!" all the time while ripping phonebooks in half and smashing beer cans against his head.

It was quite the episode. But I can't help but feel worried about Natalie. She's obviously fallen in with some slick 80's anti-Nerd, pro-Sex people and I don't want her to end up like Jennifer Jason Leigh.

I wish Natalie wouldn't go for such a bad boy. I also wish that I would have had the nickname Snake in the 80s. :(
