Kolchak rules. I wish they'd done like 9 more seasons of it.

I want a season where Kolchak is the editor, and he makes the old lady Emily and that elitist prick Ron go out and do all the work for once. I'd like to see them investigate and Incan voodoo plot. Yeah right!

I want a season where he investigates other TV shows. Like all the weird shit on the Six Million Dollar Man that Steve Austin causes. Kolchak's investigating the story about a guy who threw a car at a UFO. That would be a double episode. And maybe he gets involved with Bill Bixby as the Magician. And this idea is so popular they team up again when he becomes the Incredible Hulk.

I want a season where he is on the lam for some reason, and the entire season plays out as him telling this epic story about how he got to where he is now. How does it end? That's for you to decide! ;)

And here's how I want these to go:

Kolchak is a 90 minute show that runs every third week. Why does it only show every third week? Because that way it can be on the air year round.

And I want shows where he visits other shows. Like maybe the gals from Alice help him solve a case, and he kisses Flo's grits.

Or, an episode where he drinks mushroom tea and talks to himself on the internet intermittently fior two and a half hours.

They did that episode. It was pretty good and had a smog monster at the end.

Oh! Fuck, it's so weird you posted this thread. Yesterday, before you posted this, I was going to post how fucking excited I'm in for the new Blu-ray coming out.

I was really hoping that no one would post in this and just let it be pages of Neon talking to himself. :umm:

Meh. Without any actual cast all those extras are... meh. Do I really care about what Dana Gould, unfunny failed comedian, has to say about Kolchak? I barely could take his sorry ass when he was on other failed unfunny comedian Paul Provenza's "talk show" everyday back when it was on HA! (pre-Comedy Central).

It's a bunch of people who think they're cool talking about a show they believe they have a special connection to, that I'm betting they haven't seen in 30 years. :toot:
