That show was absolutely horrible. I gave up after about 3 episodes. I don't think recutting them will help. :(

I only decided to check it out because I hadn't yet seen Masters of Horror. I still don't have Showtime. But hell, I do have NBC.

I actually found the third episode, "Family Man," to be very good. And... well, I don't know your taste but the 8th episode was rumored before the show aired to be the one John Carpenter was going to direct. His loss. "Skin and Bones" is a must-see! Larry Fessenden (Wendigo, The Last Winter) took over. And, well... it's better than both of Carpenter's Masters of Horror entries. Not as stylish (as Cigarette Burns at least), but smarter and more intense.

This is also what made me want to buy this set. But I'm not paying more than $20, considering I actually expected a lot from Mary Harron's (American Psycho) episode, "Community," and it was the single biggest disappointment. Completely humorless, cliched, and boring (save for one surprise murder). I'll have to Netflix the unaired episodes. Just because one of them is directed by John Dahl. Most people probably know his name from Joy Ride. But I haven't seen that one. The one I saw was The Final Seduction. And it's the best American erotic thriller ever made. Having this guy beside names like Ronny Yu is a bit shocking.

Joy Ride is a surprisingly amount of fun. It's not a very original story, sure, but I really dug it. Plus, the DVD has an alternate ending that's like 20 minutes long. You can get it for under $10 and it's pretty worth it.

I'd recommend not checking the cast list. The voice of the antagonist is a familiar one, and it's more fun to figure out who it is. I know when it dawned on me on who the voice of the trucker was, I was pleasantly surprised.

I still haven't seen Fear Itself.

I'm thinking I might make one to keep in the trunk of the car though. Might be nice to have hot water if I ever have to watch a Matthews compound for 3-4 days hoping to get the drop on Sergio Frenchi. - Neon Bolan

Oh, I already know who it is. My brother dragged me into the room to listen to the VHS when we were still in high school. He goes, "Who's that?!" He already knew who it was. I didn't.

Welcome to the orum, Atrium Pool!

I don't think you need to worry about using spoilers so much. We generally keep those for current theatrical/dvd realeases.
