I'm thinking I might make one to keep in the trunk of the car though. Might be nice to have hot water if I ever have to watch a Matthews compound for 3-4 days hoping to get the drop on Sergio Frenchi. - Neon Bolan

I've heard of it, but never seen it. Didn't know anything about it. BUT.. after watching that trailer, I put Highly Reccomended, because I don't see how that movie could possibly not be one of the best movies ever. Not only does it have Chuck Connors, but all those mannequins are pure awesomeness.

I'll go against the trend here... I HAVE SEEN THIS MOVIE!

Tourist Trap is one of those movies that scared me when I was a kid, and still holds up with recent screenings. I encourage viewing this film, that has a pretty decent dvd release.
Conners is creepy, the mannequins are creepier. Check it out!

Haven't seen it. Favorite parts of the trailer are the narrator saying TOURIST TRAP 100 times, and then the deadly "Oh no, mannequins are FALLING ON ME!!!!" attack bit.

I'm going to do the remake and call it Fear of Mannequins.

Couldn't have said it better myself, although I didn't see this movie for the first time till a couple years ago. Even then, I got goosebumps. Love the scene where a character is killed from pure fright.

Highly recommended. This movie is overlooked way too often. 70s horror is the best.

Hate to drag up an old thread, but better than clogging the board with another of the same subject.

I love this movie. It's just different. Chuck Connors was awesome as Slaussen and the whole....SPOILER.....

scene with him plastering the girls face was creepy as hell the first time I saw it. If you have seen the film and wondered what they used to plaster the girls face with, pm me. I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it yet.

I haven't seen it but I just watched the trailer and I'd say it is a must see for me. I have this irrational fear of mannequins, dolls, ventriloquist dummies, etc., so this one might actually put the cold finger down my back.
