Replaced my cruddy vhs transfer. Loved the Continental Video vhs, though.
Not horror, but a good buy. Love these flicks.
"Ow" is not an acceptable kiai in this dojo, Mr. LaRusso.

Last few:
The Thing (remake)
Tucker & Dale Vs. Evil
Shark Night
Not sure any of them actually qualify as horror.

Yeah, that makes sense since I realized the US version is called Let Me In.

Demons 2, not as good as Demons, but not bad either. How's The Brood? I don't think I ever saw that.

Re: Latest Horror Purchases
Pretty good, not really scary, more trippy than anything. It explores the dangers of human emotions, in particular the emotion of rage. The trippy stuff starts when that rage literally takes the form of physical beings driven by the anger. It is one of Cronenberg's most well-liked films, I would be one that enjoyed it.Neon Maniac wrote:Demons 2, not as good as Demons, but not bad either. How's The Brood? I don't think I ever saw that.

I'm thinking I might make one to keep in the trunk of the car though. Might be nice to have hot water if I ever have to watch a Matthews compound for 3-4 days hoping to get the drop on Sergio Frenchi. - Neon Bolan
