The Sacrament

Post by Alien Redrum »

While I know it's pretty much a re-imagining of the real-life Jones massacre, I really love Ti West's The Sacrament. Something about it really gets under my skin.

I like all of his horror movies a lot. Even though The Inn Keepers and that one about the cult (name escapes) miss the landing on the end somewhat, I still really dig them.

But The Sacrament is my favorite of his so far. I wish he'd do more horror.

I'm thinking I might make one to keep in the trunk of the car though. Might be nice to have hot water if I ever have to watch a Matthews compound for 3-4 days hoping to get the drop on Sergio Frenchi. - Neon Bolan

I don't think I've ever heard of that movie. I know I saw The Inn Keepers, but only once and I don't really remember it

Ti West is a hard recommendation. People seem to either love him or hate him.
