Suspiria

Post by Neon Maniac »

Suspiria was released today in 1977.

It took me 43 years to respect that movie, and the remake took me 1 viewing to like it.

Does that make Argento a hack or does the problem lie somewhere within me?

One of his fanboi's would say I was the issue. A regular person would say it was an Argento issue. Either way, I really don't care.

Pretty much the same for me. (Although I haven't seen the remake yet.)

I hated Suspiria when I first saw it, but it's since grown on me. It's really a beautiful movie.

I'm thinking I might make one to keep in the trunk of the car though. Might be nice to have hot water if I ever have to watch a Matthews compound for 3-4 days hoping to get the drop on Sergio Frenchi. - Neon Bolan

I'm done with liking movies because they're pretty. The remake was pretty and had depth. You should watch the remake and imagine Shiki and all his fanboi friends gnashing their teeth the entire time. I think that's why I liked it.

You know that isn't true. More lies.

I liked the remake a lot. Up until a point.

Up until the point that you began gnashing your teeth.

Indeed. My problem was with your "entire time" thank you very much. :umm:

There was much gnashing of teeth otherwise.

I'm sorry, it was unfair of me to say the entire time. :(
