Army of the Dead

Fuck zombies, but man, this looks like it's going to be a lot of fun. 1st 15 minutes are up for a limited time.

I'm thinking I might make one to keep in the trunk of the car though. Might be nice to have hot water if I ever have to watch a Matthews compound for 3-4 days hoping to get the drop on Sergio Frenchi. - Neon Bolan

Awesome. I figure this will be either kick ass or overhyped Ham Lake. That should be 'and lame', but I'm dictating this and it picked up Ham Lake. I kind of like that, so I'm leaving it. It is totally not Joan.

Yeah, I don't recommend it to you or Shiki. But I liked it. It's stupid fun.

Enjoyed it. Not as remotely over the top as I expected it to be from watching the first 15 minutes when they released it online, but still lots of fun.

And holy shit, there are
Spoiler:
in the film. I thought I spotted that in the casino shoot out, but Snyder actually confirmed their existence.

I just watched this tonight and it's fantastic. Loved every second of it. Did you know that Tig Notaro's part was filmed in her backyard while she was in quarantine? They green screened her in on somebody who had originally done the part and was booted for some reason. I'm sure there's a story but I don't care to look for it.

I believe it was a time Loop.

IIRC, Tig replaced someone who was rapey. I think sexual assault accusations were involved.

And as of last month, the main star hadn't even met her yet.

She's REALLY good in this. Probably my favorite character.

Yeah, here's an article:
https://www.latimes.com/entertainment-a ... f-the-dead

He was a lame ass comedian I didn't think was funny who liked to diddle little girls. Apparently he had shows on Netflix when it all came out, and they not only removed and canceled all of his shows, they spent the millions necessary to remove him from the movie and put Tig in.

Kudos to Netflix for making that kind of commitment!

It's also kind of ironic since it's a movie about alternate time loops.
