Had a couple problems with the end but otherwise a pretty decent film. Worth a rental anyways.

Same here. I had a few gripes the vibrating scalpel bit (arguably the worst surgical tool ever thought up) and the fact that the astronauts were all bros in their 20s. I thought it lost steam towards the end, but I should probably watch it again.

My biggest problem was the way the camera was blurry/shakey whenever the "villan" was around. Made me CA-RAZY!

I didnt have any problems with the cast though, as a matter of fact I thought it (casting) was really well done.

I thought it was very well cast (I've had a chubby for Cillian Murphy since 28 Days Later) and the actors had good chemistry, but as I recall there were a few scenes in which emotions flared and I really didn't buy the idea of such a young and seemingly inexperienced crew.
