Walter Hill made the same film twice and I don't think anyone noticed.
In The Warriors, a street gang is hunted by rival gangs as they try to sneak through hostile neighborhoods and get back to their own turf.
In Southern Comfort, a national guard unit is hunted by hillbilly cajuns as they try to sneak through the hostile bayou and get back home.
The only major difference is that Deborah Van Valkenburgh's not in Southern Comfort. However, that's only because she was too busy with the show Too Close for Comfort at the time.

Re: Walter Hill
Now I need to watch Southern Comfort again.

I'm thinking I might make one to keep in the trunk of the car though. Might be nice to have hot water if I ever have to watch a Matthews compound for 3-4 days hoping to get the drop on Sergio Frenchi. - Neon Bolan
