It's obvious that you guys don't see it, but I can literally see the toxicity dripping from your posts in this thread.

I'm thinking I might make one to keep in the trunk of the car though. Might be nice to have hot water if I ever have to watch a Matthews compound for 3-4 days hoping to get the drop on Sergio Frenchi. - Neon Bolan

So, this whole thing with Justin Roiland (does the voice of tons of Rick and Morty characters, and Solar Opposites) is pretty much done because he likes to kidnap and sexually assault women. I've been worried because I thought he was so heavily involved in two of my favorite shows. Turns out, he's not. He just does the voices.
More recently, multiple sources say that Roiland, other than voice work, has not had any meaningful creative presence on any of the series that bear his name. In fact, many of his former colleagues say they haven’t heard from him in years, and when they have, it’s been unpleasant. They note, too, that he hasn’t been on speaking terms with his Rick and Morty co-creator, Dan Harmon, for multiple seasons, and a substantial number of staffers on that show as well as Solar Opposites and Koala Man have never actually met Roiland, even over Zoom.
Thank God.

This is a pretty good article on the whole situation:

It has become apparent to me that just like you and Dan stole the site from Fred and turned it into a rom-com and toxic masculinity site, I need to steal it back and return it to its horror origins.

It was obvious there was some... tension... between Harmon and Roiland at times. I think Roiland has been spiralling for a long time. The reality is the bulk of the show(s) is coming from the writers. I don't even know how much influence Harmon even has other than maybe in the early plotting out of the season.

Harmon is problematic at times as well, love the guy, but he has his past issues as well, nothing as egregious as Roiland. And I think he has worked through a lot of these things, fairly publically.

Harmon has been involved in some of my favorite comedies in the last few decades.

Same!

I agree about Harmon, but TBH, I think he's at least trying to change. I will give Harmon credit. His apology of being an asshole to that woman was probably the most sincere I've ever seen. He put it all on the table and owned his shit.

Just FYI, not sure what that means but I think it's French, I've filed the necessary paperwork and permits with Interpol to take control of this forum.

Also, I'm pretty sure that the character Morty is a rip off of Morty in Click.

Okay, I'll buy that. I was just watching Click and Christopher Walken's character was named Morty. I didn't think they were connected at all but just wanted to throw that into the ring.
