The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

Post by Alien Redrum »

Watched this last night. I'd heard a lot about it, but finally got around to it. Damn. Shouldn't have waited so long.

Anyone seen all three? I'll probably start on the second one this week and hope it's as good.

I'm thinking I might make one to keep in the trunk of the car though. Might be nice to have hot water if I ever have to watch a Matthews compound for 3-4 days hoping to get the drop on Sergio Frenchi. - Neon Bolan

I am waiting on the third on to hit Netflix streaming (I think it will be in the next few weeks).

I loved the first and second films. Not sure which I like better, as I think they are two different kinds of movies. A lot of people seem to prefer the second though. I really like the mystery unfolding in the first. I've managed to not really know anything about the third film so far, but I am hoping it will be as good as the others.

I've been wanting to read the books, but I think I need to put some time inbetween seeing the movies, as I don't think I will enjoy it as much reading it with the film so fresh.

Definitely be picking up all three of these on Blu eventually.

Are the books available in the library?

Oh, the funniest scene in the movie is when
Spoiler:
he is in prison and she kisses him and walks out.
That part isn't funny in itself, it's the way she walked out.

Not that I am aware of.

There is a beautiful hardcover set available in stores that I have seriously been debating.

Also, just looked up the Blus and there is a set with all 3 films and a bonus disc with a doc coming out in Feb. I think I am going to order it.

I thought the first one was fantastic. I haven't seen the other two, but I plan to remedy that ASAP.

I need to read the books as well.
