Horror DNA

Caught this on Netflix last night and really dug it. It's a revenge film from Ireland. It's kind of reminiscent of Korea's I Saw he Devil, but not as great as that film is (to be fair, I Saw the Devil is one of the best revenge films of all time). However, like IStD, it does make you wonder if revenge is worth it.

The antagonist, Frankie is a delight. Most of my favorite scenes in the film involve her.

What are they seeking revenge for? That's the key for me. If I think they deserved it then fuck them.

They killed his mother.
