I really wanted to like Terrifier, but for some reason I just couldn't get into it. It's everything you said, I'll probably give it another try someday.

Terrifier is a waste of an iconic villain in an extremely sub-par movie.

None of what I wrote is a recommendation. This is the movie equivalent of a hobo showing you his cock.

Oh, I agree. A lot of people like this movie though. And I'm not sure if you're pro-hobo cock or anti-hobo cock. I try to remain neutral and judge each hobo cock on its own merits.

I'm glad I watched Terrifier, but I absolutely agree with everyone's sentiments on it.

Slithis

I wanted to see this so damn badly when I was 9. The ads promised a "Slithis Survival Kit" with your ticket, but my folks were not keen to take me as it was only playing at the drive-in. So, I never saw Slithis or got a kit that would help me survive Slithis.

Now I've seen Slithis. Sans kit.

I just want my 86 minutes back.

7th October Dawn of the Dead (2004)

Jesus, is it really seventeen years since Romero fanboys cried over running zombies and Zack Snyder remaking possiby the most iconic zombie movie ever? Good remake, fuck 'em. They've got more to worry about now with a trans actor being cast as a female Pinhead in the Hellraiser reboot anyway.

Things I didn't remember from previous viewings: Max Headroom looking very much like Roger from the original in his quick, bite->die->boom cameo and the way that CJ (the security guard) starts off as a real asshole then turns into a hero by the end. Bleak ending too, which is great.

Asshole douchebros: Pinhead should be played by a man!

Also asshole douchebros: trans women are just men!

So you should be OK with the casting then.

Lots of kills and blood, but except for the sheer quantity of death it's pretty PG-13. Tries to bite off more than it can chew plot-wise.
As shitty as any other movie that contains Jamie Kennedy.
