it's sad that Daniel won't be able to participate, what with his grandmother being kicked out of Barbados by Rihanna and all.

They do! Or, they did anyway. Instead of Santa Claus they have Father Christmas, who was Prince Philip in their mythos, I believe. But he died earlier this year and that's when they started kicking the queen out of other countries.

I'm not sure if Father Christmas is just dead forever now, or if someone else becomes Father Christmas. Like maybe Prince Charles. This is the first time this has happened in recent memory. Philip was 312 years old at the time of his tragic death. It's unknown if he was created by Charles Dickens, or if Charles Dickens was the first Father Christmas. All of the records were destroyed by Queen Victoria upon her Coronation.

Worst. Christmas. Ever.

I'm not sure if the British people realize he's dead. They want to mail letters to him still.
