There are several of these out there right now, right around $300. I get spammed on Twitter by one all the time. While they're e-ink, they're not really ereaders. They can do that, but their main purpose is note taking, writing, that kind of thing. I would be tempted if they were a bit smaller, a little less $, and not reviewed by british men on youtube.

That's the real deal breaker, I admit.

It's only $299 which I think is a decent price for this. It's accessories are a bit spendy though, which is I think how they getcha. A 10" Ipad is maybe $20-30 more, but has a buttload of cheap 3rd party accessories. This doesn't have that, it's all brand specific and a cheap looking cover and stylus are about $200 more (129 and 70 individually).

I don't think it's them trying to be proprietary, I think it's just that they're too small to have any third-party support. You can probably find some kind of folder type cover for it on Amazon going from measurements. But yeah the stylus has something to do with the screen and costs 70 bucks, 120 if you want the eraser. Wtf

Also, it just doesn't make sense vs spending another $20 for the same size ipad that can do all of that, plus everything else in the world like stream porn and record down shirts surreptitiously.
