Horror DNA

I'm watching this, this morning. I've seen it before, but I guess I either missed it or forgot about it. It's not a great episode, it's okay. It's about a robot that is like a man, but doesn't have a face. It escapes and keeps trying to make a face for itself so it can be human. It basically looks like a Westworld robot or the ones in Bionic man.

Anyway, I'm laughing because the company that built the robot is the Tyrell Institute. Obviously a nod to Philip K Dick and Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep. Kolchak made Bladerunner before Ridley Scott.

I REALLY need to start this from beginning to end. I got a great deal on the Blu-ray of the set, and Kino really did do an amazing job with the TV movies.

There's a lot of little things in it that give an homage to the book. I just thought it was funny, because it's kind of an unofficial adaptation
