I wish Hammer1 were here to tell us why our opinions on these movies is wrong.

I'll probably love it then. :yay:

I'm thinking I might make one to keep in the trunk of the car though. Might be nice to have hot water if I ever have to watch a Matthews compound for 3-4 days hoping to get the drop on Sergio Frenchi. - Neon Bolan

Watched Hubie Halloween at the weekend. It's objectively terrible, but I enjoy it more each time I watch it. Definitely becoming a Halloween tradition.

Yeah, I know it's not everyone's cup of tea.

I watched Get Out and Nope these last two nights. I've wanted to see both for a while. I definitely recommend both, especially if you are a Lovecraft fan. Peele seems to have his own version of M. Night Shyamalan's twists that are more subtle.

What if I hate Charlie Daniels? Would I still enjoy it?

I watched Talk to Me on Netflix last night. I'd largely glossed over this because it was another A24 joint that seemed to be getting hyped and I'm so over their shit now. However, I'm guessing they didn't get the distribution rights in the UK as their banner was nowhere to be seen on the Netflix version. Holy shit it was good though, an antipodean possession flick that goes more for the brutality than it does the spooky scares. Worth going into completely blind, or even with an negative attitude like I did.

Got Blade 4K for $10 a while back and threw it in today while I was working. Ended up watching it because it's so damn gorgeous.

Still holds up, and still has one of the best intros in film.
