Re: Destination Truth
I like this show a lot. I disagree with Neon. The host is awesome in his condescending to the tribal people manner.

I'm thinking I might make one to keep in the trunk of the car though. Might be nice to have hot water if I ever have to watch a Matthews compound for 3-4 days hoping to get the drop on Sergio Frenchi. - Neon Bolan

It's borderline racism... and it's wonderful.

New season starts next wednesday.
I think they are doing the Jersey Devil this season. Can't wait to see his disparaging remarks of the NJ locals.

He's going to treat them like he treats all third world country residents: with mockery and a touch of condescending.

Re: Destination Truth
I just saw Paranormal State's Jersey Devil episode last weekend. It was lame.
Because AR doesn't take my posts seriously

Re: Destination Truth
Got Destination Truth Season 1 in the mail yesterday.
Watched the first half of the first episode. It seems like I haven't seen most of this season.... or atleast the monsters/locales don't seem familiar so this should be a good watch. It's interesting to see how unpolished the show was in the beginning. And I don't think any of the original crew is still on the show.
Nothing special extras-wise unfortunately. Some travel tips thing and only one Josh Gates commentary. I was hoping there would be a few commentaries.

I think it used to be on at the same time MTV2 would rerun Road Rules/Real World Challenge '94.shiki-jitsu wrote: Watched the first half of the first episode. It seems like I haven't seen most of this season....
