If you’re just joining us, I highly recommend you start here with Episode 1. Episode 2 can be found here, and 3 here. And you can get in on this action by going to Hunt A Killer's site and signing up.

That said, Anthony done threw me under the bus. And here I thought we were tight. See, Rosemary has taken it upon herself to go searching the woods for her son Liam. Anthony is no dummy, so he took a hard pass on that action. Sohunt a killer blair witch 05 what does he do instead? He sends yours truly a compass and a good luck. Really, Anthony? Really? He’s dead to me.

Let’s see what else we have in this episode, besides a compass that is worthless in the woods of Burkittsville:

  • Letter From Rosemary
  • Carver’s Message
  • Anthony’s Note
  • Historical Reenactment Script
  • Account of Search Party Expedition
  • Building Records
  • Black Hills Forest Map
  • Magnifying Glass
  • Compass

Now, back to Anthony. I was being a bit dramatic. Not about being mad at him, he deserves every bit of that, but what he gave me. He also provided a magnifying glass, a map, and some scans from the journal of Aloysius Masters. Apparently, this Masters character was a member of a search party in the nineteenth century, and he has some interesting things to hunt a killer blair witch 04say. According to Anthony, the map he provided is “…the most geographically accurate account of the forest to date” (and there’s history that backs this). As helpful as these things Anthony predicts they’ll be, he should have also provided me a new shirt since he’s responsible for the tire tracks on my current one.

Anyway, I digress. I keep praising how fun these Hunt A Killer episodes are, and this one is no different. The scans are both fascinating and creepy, and it all feels so very real. For example, the paper used for different things has different stock. The letter from Anthony bearing the Burkittsville History Museum is a heavier and more professional stock than the paper that was used for the scans. Heck, even the Nextdoor-like website you go to for info really feels like Nextdoor. People espouse their opinions of things they know nothing about while those who don’t agree yell at them. I’ve not been on Facebook since December, and I started having flashbacks. The story and mystery are off the charts, and the attention to detail makes this experience even sweeter.

I have two more episodes to go, and those are going to come far faster because I need to see what happens. But I’m never going to forgive Anthony for sending me to the woods. Jerk.
