I've seen people celebrating their birthday over the course of a weekend, a full week, or even an entire month, but Vampirella is going all out for her 50th as it's turned into a year long affair. Dynamite has jumped on Indiegogo again for a new variant cover featuring the Daughter of Drakulon, this time from artist Mindy Wheeler.

"I'm so excited to be working with Dynamite on this 50th anniversary cover! It's especially an honor to be creating a Vampirella piece at this time when she has reached such an important milestone (50 years!)," said Mindy Wheeler. "Fans are the best and to be able to see their response in real-time through crowdfunding is a unique experience for any creator. It really connects an artist with their fan base and offers them perks they can't get elsewhere."

The cover adorning Vampirella #1 (a comic that's been out for close to a year) will be available in a default edition including the Vampirella logo and trade dress, a “virgin” alteration without the logos, and a penciled version. Fans will get a chance to get the comics themselves in whichever edition they prefer or all three. They can also get them signed by Wheeler or graded by CGC. Other add-ons include a t-shirt and a litograph print. You could also buy the original piece of pencil art.

The Indiegogo campaign has already surpassed its funding goal with plenty of time left.
