IT TOOK LUKE DELIVERS EXISTENTIAL HORROR ON KICKSTARTER

Coffeebreath Press is jumping into the comic book industry with a bang with its first release, It Took Luke. The original graphic novel from writer Mark Bouchard and artist Bill Underwood is set in a near future Los Angeles where Sal Hernandez is dealing with the ins and outs of their job as an exterminator. They're not dealing with rats and bugs, but rather monsters of all shapes and sizes including dragons, bugbears, and other eldritch creatures.

The comic clocks in at 80 pages and the creators are running a Kickstarter campaign to fund its release. Rewards include digital and physical copies of the book itself, enamel pins, editorial work, and more. At the time of this writing, it's about halfway to its funding goal. The campaign runs through October 28th, 2020.
