Joker / Harley: Criminal Sanity #3 is written by Kami Garcia, illustrated by Mico Suayan and Jason Badower, and colored by Annette Kwok. It features a main cover by Francesco Mattina and a variant by Mico Suayan. It's set for release on February 5th, 2020.
