MONSTER ALLERGY CONTINUES THIS FEBRUARY

Get out your tissues because Monster Allergy, a series of stories following two plucky tween outsiders as they battle the invisible monsters lurking around us, is continuing thanks to Insight Comics. Created by Barbara Canepa, the comic is written by Francesco Artibani and Katja Sentomo and illustrated by Alessandro Barbucci and Barbara Canepa. It has a dedicated following in Europe with multiple spin-off stories amassing over 38 issues of content, trading card games, a stage play adaptation, and even an animated series. The third volume of the series is due out in February.

Monster Allergy centers on Zick, an allergy-prone boy who can see invisible monsters. When these creatures misbehave and need to be tamed, Zick and Elena jump into action. Monster Allergy: Volume 3 – The Stellar Tutor introduces us to Elena's best friend, Charlie Shuster who can also see monsters, although that's the only thing he and Zick have in common. A school field trip turns into a ghostly submarine adventure where Zick and Elena learn Charlie isn't quite what he seems.

Monster Allergy: Volume 3 is set for release on February 4th, 2020. The first two volumes are available now.
