The ever-expanding line at Archie Comics will get a little bigger in March as the publisher has announced a series of one-shots debuting centering on different characters.  We'll skip over Little Archie and The Archies as that's not why you're reading Horror DNA.  Instead, we'll jump right to the spooky ones.

First up is a lighter fare with Sabrina the Teenage Witch.  This is not to be confused with the Archie Horror title, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.  Instead, this looks to be set in the newly rebooted Archie universe as the title character sets off on her first journey into the real world heading off to college.  A shocking revelation will change her life in a way she never expected.  The comic will be written by Franco and Katie Cook and illustrated by Andy Price.

The title I'm looking forward to the most in this batch is Jughead: The Hunger.  It's the only Archie Horror title and given the delays that Sabrina and Afterlife with Archie have been having, any new book from the line is a welcome sight.  Written by Frank Tieri and illustrated by Michael Walsh, the comic explores the dark family legacy surrounding Jughead as the lives of Riverdale's most well known inhabitants hang in the balance.  We do know that he's always hungry.  Maybe now he's hungry for human flesh.

Sabrina the Teenage Witch is set for release on March 22nd, 2017.  Jughead: The Hunger will be released on March 29th, 2017.
