funny book splatter 01

It's Friday, so that means a new episode of Funny Book Splatter, our horror comics podcast. I am having an absolute blast doing this show and I hope you're enjoying it just as much as I am. This week, I spoke with Michael Gordon, the writer of the sci-fi / horror series Transdimensional coming from T Pub Comics by way of Kickstarter. Michael is a first-time creator and you can hear the excitement in his voice as he talks about his comics journey.

I got a sneak peek at the first issue of Transdimensional and it's some creepy stuff. The Kickstarter campaign has already met its funding goal so it is definitely happening. Michael is setting his sights on some nice stretch goals including digital copies of other T Pub Comics titles such as Twisted Dark and Tortured Life (both of which come highly recommended).

Michael can be found online on Twitter along with the official Transdimensional Twitter account.

If you want more geeky goodness from yours truly, be sure to check out Raging Nerdon, my other podcast with co-host BJ Boothe.  This week’s episode has our first guest, Mike Bonizzi who joins us as we go three claws deep into Logan.  Also we fight about X-Men Apocalypse and...Italians?

If you dig Funny Book Splatter, your best bet to ensure you receive each and every episode is to subscribe via one of the links below.

Lastly, if you're a horror comics creator, I want to hear from you!  Whether you're a first time writer launching a Kickstarter campaign or an established artist who has been working in the industry for years, you'd be a welcome guest on the show.  Reach out to me via email or on Twitter.
